We are parents, pet-lovers, physicists, endurance athletes, teachers, programming language enthusiasts, and musicians who get together five days a week to work on complex problems.

We know that parents are doing another job after work ends. Parents at LeapYear have extra flexibility to work remote, and LeapYear pays $1000 into your dependent care Flexible Spending Account each year.

Remote-friendly

2020 was a fully remote year for LeapYear, and we’ve had remote executives since 2016. Remote work will always be a part of how LeapYear operates, even as many of us return to our San Francisco office.
